Red Hat Rentals wants renting to be an easy and stress free task for all of our customers. Established in 1999 with a single equipment/party rental store in Fairfield, Texas our business has grown to three locations, with about thirty staff members, serving East Texas and the cities of Tyler, Palestine, Fairfield, Athens TX. We offer a wide selection of tools/equipment rentals and party/event rentals and offer expert advice and knowledge in both areas.

TOOL RENTALS AND EQUIPMENT RENTALS
Whether you are doing a project as a home owner, contractor or need rental equipment for a light construction job, Red Hat Rentals can help with your equipment and tool rental needs. Our business size and location enables us the flexibility to be on your jobsite quickly if equipment needs arise. We also carry an array of specialty rental tools, not available from other area rental stores. And while we cater to the homeowner and light construction contractor, our knowledge of tools and network of equipment companies in the area, make us valuable to the larger construction customer as well.

PARTY RENTALS AND EVENT RENTALS
When it comes to parties and events, Red Hat Rentals is not just a table and chair rental company. By coupling our experience and goods with other vendor partners, we become a full service party and event rentals resource for an extensive array of business, personal and social events. We can help produce anything from an intimate dinner party or small backyard barbeque, to a large tented event with air conditioning, flooring, lighting, stage, sound systems, and even executive bathrooms.

We have items displayed in our three local party rental showrooms, as well as photos and resource books to help you with ideas. Our event rental consultants are available to assist you in determining what items will help achieve just the right look for your special occasion and our knowledge of local venues helps save time in space and equipment planning. We offer guidance and solutions for site inspections, space planning, local permit requirements and safety regulations. We also offer Computer Aided Design (CAD) to help layout and visualize seating and placement of activities such as buffets, bars, dance floors and seating within a given space allocation.
